Founder of Seagreen Foods, Rachel O’Keeffe has secured a listing with Supervalu through her participation in the Food Academy Programme.
The joint initiative between the Local Enterprise Office Clare, Bord Bia and SuperValu aims to support early-stage Irish food businesses.
