Details of the line up for a new festival in North Clare this summer have been unveiled.
The inaugural Doolin Folk Festival is set to be held from June 14th to 16th as part of events in The Gathering this summer and Luka Bloom, Donal Lunny, John Spillane and Martin Hayes among those set to take part.

Organisers say they aim to share the ethos of the Lisdoonvarna festival of the 1970s and 1980s, albeit on a much smaller scale.
Up to 2000 people are expected to attend and Festival organiser and General Manager of Hotel Doolin Donal Minihane is hopeful the event will make a big difference to the local economy.
