Limerick brothers convicted of making threats

Two Limerick brothers John and Wayne Dundon have been found guilty of making threats against four members of the same family at the Special Criminal Court.

33 year old Wayne Dundon of Lenihan Avenue Prospect was convicted of making threats against Gareth Collins and Jimmy Collins Jnr on September 30th 2010 and also convicted on two other charges of intimidating April Collins and her mother, Alice Collins, on the same date.

He was however acquitted of making threats against April Collins, Alice Collins and Gareth Collins on March 25, 2011.

The non-jury court found his younger brother John Dundon of Hyde Avenue, Prospect guilty of making threats against April Collins on April 3, 2011 – but he was found not guilty of making threats against her mother Alice Collins on April 4th 2011.
