The Minister for Health has said there are legal issues delaying the publication of the report into the death of Savita Halappanavar.

31-year-old Savita Halappanavar died from an infection at Galway University Hospital last October – after she presented at the hospital while miscarrying her baby.
Her husband Praveen says she was denied an abortion.
