The Law Society says plans to take unpaid water charges from the sale of a house will lead to significant delays.

The body has written to the Minister for the Environment to voice its strong objections to the plans.
It comes as delegates at the Irish Congress of Trade Unions have backed calls to scrap water charges at their conference in Ennis.
