Laura Brennan’s Parents Re-Iterate Her HPV Vaccine Call

Laura Brennan’s family are appealing to secondary school students to avail of the HPV vaccine, on what would have been her 28th birthday.

The Ennis woman was Ireland’s leading HPV vaccine campaigner until she her death from cervical cancer in 2019.

Her work was the driving force behind an increase in the uptake rate of the vaccine, now at 81% nationally and at 90% in Clare.
