New figures show rents are continuing to rise – but the rate of increase has slowed.
The Residential Tenancies Board claims they went up 8.6 percent between July and September, compared to the same time last year.
1 in 5 of us now live in rental accommodation.
And the ESRI's Kieran McQuinn, who compiled the data, says price hikes are simply a case of supply and demand.
