Landlords Dismiss Prediction Of Rapid Rent Rise

The head of the landlords' association has rubbished predictions of a 25 per cent rent rise.

Earlier this week estate agents Savills said prices will go up by a quarter over the next 2 years.

But Fintan McNamara, Director of the Residential Landlords Association of Ireland, claims the rent rise will be much slower than expected
