It comes as the latest report from Morgan McKinley has found that flexibility around hybrid working conditions is a major factor in filling vacancies and retaining staff.

The final quarter of 2022 saw professional job vacancies reduce by 17% when compared to the previous three months.

 

CEO of HR Locker, Adam Coleman, says pushing employees to return to the office will result in staff seeking employment elsewhere.
