Lack Of Support Prevents People With Disabilities From Entering Third-Level Education

An Ennis activist says third level education institutions need to be more proactive in supporting those with disabilities.

A new report from the ESRI and National Disability Authority is highlighting how a lack of support for people with disabilities is preventing them from moving from second-level to further education.

The research suggests people with disabilities are also more likely to live in poverty and less likely to be working.
