Independent Ministers have set a dangerous precedent by ignoring the advice of the Attorney General, according to a Labour politician.

Senator Kevin Humphreys says it's wrong for them to support opposition TD Mick Wallace's bill on fatal foetal abnormalities.
Their decision comes in spite of the fact the Taoiseach described the proposed legislation as unconstitutional and "a bad bill for women".
Senator Humphreys says in taking this stance – which is at odds with their cabinet colleagues and the Attorney General – Independent Ministers are behaving recklessly.
