Labour Minister rules out early General Election

Labour Minister Alex White says the Government won't call an early election.

The latest opinion poll shows a surge in support for both government parties – leading to speculation the coalition might want the public to vote soon after October's budget.

While Labour have risen by two points bringing them to 10 per cent.
