Gardaí in Kilrush have thanked members of the public for their assistance in searching for a missing person last evening.
The search was organised for late last night after the person had not been seen for some time – they were found safe and well a short time later.

Gardaí have thanked those who took part in the search effort, an in particular Kilrush GAA, Kilrush Chamber of Commerce and the local Super Valu store for their assistance.
