A Clare man who is an ex-director of Trocaire and spent time in Myanmar doesn’t believe the military coup in the country will lead to mass uprisings there.
Nations around the world, including Ireland and the US have condemned the coup, with many phone and internet networks down and TV stations off air in the Asian state.
