Ciara Mc Cullagh is behind a run in Clarisford Park this Saturday evening which will see people being splashed with glow-in-the-dark paint at the end of each kilometre.
The event has been organised to help raise awarness of mental health issues in a positive way and to normalise conversation about the issue for those who are struggling.
Ciara suffered from depression as a result of her father's death by suicide and believes turning to others helped her out of the darkness
