Unions are insisting that strike action will happen if Bus Eireann forces through pay cuts on their members.
It comes as negotiations at the Workplace Relations Commission broke down last night.

Efforts had been ongoing to avoid all out strike action at the company, which it had been feared could also spread to other parts of the public transport network.
