The Killaloe couple who have been "locked out" of their fully completed house in a South East Clare ghost estate for over four years are vowing to continue the battle to take proper ownership.
Michelle Burke and William Buck are renting a house despite buying a home at Ard na Deirge, Killaloe, in 2006 and are currently paying almost 14 hundred euro between rent and mortgage payments.
The couple were left in Limbo when the development went into receivership and the house is now left inaccessible and without services.
But speaking on Clare Fm’s Morning Focus Michelle Burke says the new owners of the ghost estate have informed them they won’t be seeking to complete the estate in the near future.
