A major investment in broadband services in the Kilkee area has been confirmed.
In response to communication from Clare TD Joe Carey, Eir has committed to providing fibre to home services next year, as well as a fibre to cabinet high speed service within the current year.
The service will provide speeds of up to 1 gigabit to each premises by the end of 2018.
