A third day of searches is underway for a Japanese couple feared missing of the West Clare coast.
Gardaí say they're very concerned for the safety of 63 year old Eiji Takagi and 61 year old Ushio Azaki, whose car was found parked at Byrnes' Cove in Kilkee on Tuesday.

The couple had been staying in Spanish Point until Saturday, and failed to get on a scheduled flight from Shannon Airport on Monday.
Coast guard units from Kilkee, Doolin and Ballybunion and the search and rescue helicopter have been involved in searches which began on Tuesday, but their efforts were hampered by poor weather yesterday.
