Club and county GAA teams from all over Ireland will become a more regular sight in Kilkee, if a new local initiative is successful.
The Kilkee Bay Hotel, which recently re-opened under the management of Ennis hotelier Michael B Lynch, has teamed up with St. Senan's GAA Club to launch The Atlantic Coast Team Training Centre.

It will see teams come to Kilkee for team-building exercises and training.
The hotel expect that the initiative will attract between 50 and 75 teams in its first year, and that this will generate over 4,000 additional bed nights to the area over the next 12 months.
