The latest winner of the annual Rose Of Clare festival says she’s looking forward to proudly representing her parish over the next year.
Kildysart’s Catríona Donnellan claimed the famous accolade in Cooraclare last week and was even presented with a new winner’s tiara, in memory of the late Liam Burke, who played an active role in the festival for decades.

Kilmaley’s Nathan Vaughan, meanwhile, scooped the ‘Best Escort’ prize.
