It’s the fifth time the county town has taken the honour, while it also captured the overall crown for Clare.
Gold medals were also awarded to Mountshannon and Kilrush, with bronze for Tuamgraney and Kilkee.
Tulla claimed the Endeavour Award as the most improved area in Clare while Sean Lenihan of Miltown Malbay was named as a Tidytowns Hero. Moynalty in Co. Meath is Ireland’s Tidiest Town.
