TD's will be given the opportunity to quiz the Justice Minister today on allegations of Garda misconduct.
Alan Shatter received the claims two years ago and has been accused by the opposition of doing nothing about them; however he's expected to outline how he passed them onto the Garda Commissioner for examination.
