The Minister for Justice has asked for a full report into Clare Daly’s allegation that a Garda murdered a civilian.
The Independent TD recently used Dáil privilege to claim that an officer witnessed a colleague shooting a member of the public.

She went on to say that he was asked by senior officers to say he wasn’t there.
Minister Frances Fitzgerald says she’s asked for a report into what was alleged and is urging Deputy Daly to come forward if she has evidence.
