Just over 1.4 million euro has been earmarked for local authority housing in South East Clare.

Funding has been granted for seven new homes in Knockbrack Lower, Clonlara as part of phase two of the Glor na Srutha development.
The new units have been granted under the Local Authority Housing Construction Programme and follows the announcement of ten new homes in Feakle last week.
A further 10 new housing units were announced for Sea View Park Quilty and 15 units for Tullyglass Shannon last year.
