Jurors in the trial of three former Anglo officials accused of defrauding Revenue have been told to leave any 'hard views' about the bank behind.

The five women and six men of the jury are now considering their verdict – after Judge Patrick McCartan told them Anglo Irish Bank is 'not on trial'.
62-year-old Aoife Maguire of Rothe Abbey, South Circular Road, Dublin – 67-year-old Bernard Daly of Collins Avenue West – and 56-year-old Tiarnan O’Mahoney of Glen Pines, Enniskerry, Co Wicklow – deny all charges of trying to hide accounts connected to former chairman Sean FitzPatrick.
