Judge Jospeh Manaan has presided over his last District Court sitting in Ennis today.
Appointed as a Judge in 1984, The Ennis native has presided over District Number 12 since July 2001.

The District includes all of County Clare, Athenry and Gort in Galway as well as parts of Co.Tipperary including Ballina.
Judge Mangan announced his retirement yesterday and has served his last day on the bench at Ennis Courthouse today and will offically step down from the position later this month.
