The East Clare economy looks set to benefit from a much needed jobs boost with the development of a new Angling Centre and hotel complex.
The new 18 bedroom eco-hotel is to be constructed in Tuamgraney along with 8 apartments, and a leisure centre which promises to create 50 to 80 positions during construction and 20 to 30 jobs on completion.

Local businessman Padraig Giblin says the hotel development will follow the establishment of an Angling School and survival centre near Scarriff, which he hopes to get started on this year
