Jobs Boost Following Stobart Air Investment

60 new jobs are being created following a 25 million euro investment by Stobart Air.

The airline, which operates a fleet of aircraft with routes across Shannon, Dublin, Cork, Kerry and Donegal, has made the announcement as part of a three-year development plan.

A recruitment campaign to bring an additional 60 flight crew to the airline including 24 pilots and 36 cabin crew is underway and the airline expects to fill all roles over the coming weeks.

It will also expand its fleet, adding jet aircraft to its operations for the first time, with the jets operating routes from London Southend Airport.
