Irish Water Urged To Improve Customer Communications

Irish Water is being told it needs to improve the way that it communicates with its customers.

It comes after a water shut-off in Ennis and Clarecastle this week, which saw thousands of homes and businesses without water for much of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
