Those taking part in the traditional Christmas Day swims in Clare tomorrow are being urged to bear safety measures in mind.
A number of swims will be held tomorrow morning across the Banner County, including the ones in Lahinch and Flaggy Shore, to raise money for charity.

But while the events are a huge success annually, swimmers are being warned to warm up quickly afterwards.
