Irish Water is to begin significant mains works in Ennis today to address drinking water leakage issues.
The works will take place over the course of 3 months and on a phased basis, with 680m of aged cast iron pipes to be replaced at High Street, Bank Place, O’Connell Square and O’Connell Street.

The infrastructure upgrades are being completed ahead of the Clare County Council public realm regeneration works in the area.
