An investigation is underway after the death of a man following a collision involving a car and a teleporter in county Kerry.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene at Rattoo in Ballyduff at about a quarter to nine this morning.
The driver of the car – who was in his 70’s – was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man – in his 60’s – has been arrested and he is being detained at Listowel Garda station.
