An investigation is underway following the discovery of two bodies, a man and a woman in their 70's, at a house in county Donegal.

The discovery was made shortly after 9 o'clock this morning in Carndonagh.
A man in his 40's was arrested a short time later – He's been held under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
The area has been sealed off for a technical examination and the office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
