A member of the Public Accounts Committee has welcomed confirmation that an investigation has been launched into the use of European funds at the Garda Training College in Templemore.
It will carried out by the EU anti-fraud agency OLAF.
PAC member, Sinn Fein Deputy David Cullinane, says the committee will be publishing it’s own report tomorrow, focusing on systems and procedural failures.
