An International Conference has heard the case for a new hospital in Clare.
The presentation outlining the need for a new model four hospital by 2031 in Ennis, was presented at the prestigious International System Dynamics Conference in Boston this week.

It comes on a day when nurses and midwives have recorded 73 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick.
Independent Academic Sinéad Madden , who presented the findings says the need for commitment to a model four hospital in this county is well overdue.
