Organisers of INIS Fest say they're confident the event won't be cancelled for a second time.
It's been confirmed the three-day festival will now go ahead in June at the Ennis Showgrounds, having initially been cancelled.
The controversial music festival which was originally planned for Tim Smyth Park was differed last month following complaints by a small number of local residents.
But organisers have confirmed that following overwhelming support, the festival will go ahead at Ennis Showgrounds from the 26th of June until the 28th.
Tickets go on sale this Saturday for the event which features well-known artists including Nathan Carter, Damien Dempsey, Delorentos and Hermitage Green and a number of other acts are yet to be announced.
Organisers say they won't be meeting with residents ahead of the event but are available to address people's concerns.

Its hoped INIS Fest will attract visitors from across the region, providing a welcome boost to the county capital and beyond.
Mayor of Ennis, Councillor Johnny Flynn is welcoming the announcement and says he doesn't foresee the event being cancelled for a second time.
