A Independent Councillor says Irish Water's conservation strategy makes no sense for the people of the county.

Shannon's Gerry Flynn was speaking following a behind closed doors meeting in Ennis between councillors and representatives of the controversial utility.
The meeting is one of a number taking place around the country between local authorities and Irish Water in an attempt to allay fears over how the utility will operate.
However, Councillor Flynn wasn't impressed by what he heard.
