There has been a small rise in the value of Agricultural land in this region in the past year.

New figures released by SherryFitzgerald show an increase of just short of 2% in land values in the Mid-West in the past 12 months, to an average of around 8,000 euro per acre.
The rate of growth here is half of what was experienced in the South-East and West.
