The number of people arrested in Clare on suspicion of Drink Driving over the Easter Bank Holiday is up on last year.

A total of 6 people were arrested on suspicion of drink driving this past weekend, an increase of 1 for the same period in 2011.
It’s also double the figure recorded during the recent St. Patrick’s Day weekend, when three people were arrested for the same offence.
