There has been a significant increase in the number of men suffering domestic abuse.

The Amen annual report for 2012 shows there was a 21 per cent rise in contacts to the service last year.
The group says it provided support to over five thousand two hundred men during 2012 – compared with four thousand three hundred the previous year.
