A Killaloe woman, who says she “feels like a prisoner in her own home”, has made an impassioned plea for the government to do more to help people like her.
Harriet has told Clare FM’s Morning Focus of how she suffered a brain bleed in 2011, and how a lack of public transport options has since made it difficult for her to live an ordinary life.

She believes there are many people in a similar situation, and in her interview urged the Taoiseach to address the matter.
