The head of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde, is in Dublin today to deliver a keynote speech on Ireland and the European Union.

The Minister for Finance Michael Noonan will open the event at Dublin Castle later this morning.
The head of the IMF will first meet with the Taoiseach Enda Kenny and the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore at Government Buildings before the conference.
