IMF calls for Irish government to do more to cut down on borrowing

The IMF says the government needs to do more to cut down on borrowing – saying the plans for the next Budget are "too modest".

It's called on the government to ringfence any unexpected income it gets – and says Ireland could miss its debt targets in future if any windfalls are splashed out in the next Budget.
