Barry O’Leary’s resignation follows a successful year for the IDA – with a net increase of over 7-thousand jobs in 2013 – the highest number in over a decade.
The Agency says it’s committed to helping the Government meet its target of creating 100-thousand jobs by 2016.
Jobs Minister Richard Bruton says the IDA’s work with companies already established in Ireland has been equally important.
