The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is calling for new donors to come forward in the New Year, as demand remains constant.

Clinics are being held in Ennis on the 18th and 19th of January – regular donors will be sent a text to remind them but others are being encouraged to contact the service themselves.

As a result of the pandemic, donors are asked to contact the IBTS so they can be pre-screened over the phone before being given an appointment time to donate.
