Iarnróid Éireann has lodged plans for a redevelopment of Ennis Railway Station to make it more accessible for those with mobility issues.
The firm is seeking planning permission for works including the removal of a temporary steel footbridge.

It also wants to modify the existing platforms and fences and construct a new footbridge with accessible lifts.
