Hundreds of homes and businesses in West Clare were left without power this morning.
803 properties lost supply around 5am, following a fault on the network in the Doonbeg and Kilkee areas.

ESB Crews have been dispatched to deal with the issue, with power since restored to all but 63 properties.
The utility says the estimated restoration time for the remaining properties is currently unknown.
