The HSE is set to spend 1.7 million euro on leasing properties in Clare this year.
New data shows the Executive is currently renting eleven properties throughout the county.
All eleven properties being leased by the HSE in Clare in 2023 are located in Ennis.
Data released by Health Minister Stephen Donnelly following a parliamentary question from Clare Independent TD Michael McNamara shows the most costly of those is the Primary Care Centre on Station Road.
That’s due to set the HSE back more than €990,000 in rental costs this year.
The outpatients department on the Kilrush Road, meanwhile, is to cost the Executive a total of €330,000 to lease in 2023.
A unit located at number 6 Quin Road – which is used for CAMHS services – will cost €120,000.
The First Floor of the Elm Medical Centre on the Gort Road will amount to nearly €85,000 in leasing costs, while a property containing Disability Assessment Officers on Francis Street will amount to just over €61,000.
A further six properties located at sites in Highfield Park, the Gort Road and Ballymaley Business Park will amount to a total of €140,000 in rent for the HSE this year.
