The HSE says it hopes future inspections of Cappahard Lodge will find significant improvements in the service.

The facility on the Tulla road has been criticised by the state's mental health watchdog for failing to provide proper care plans for patients.
However in a statement to Clare FM the HSE says the concerns raised have been addressed in recent months and that care plans are now in place for all patients.
